Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the MARIASHIN online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the order information is correct and that you accept these terms.

Products

We sell physical books, art prints and e-books. The product page describes the format, dimensions, edition, availability and other relevant details. Screen colours and preview images may differ slightly from the physical item.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices and the applicable currency are shown on the product page. Delivery charges and any taxes collected by us are shown before the order is submitted. Payment is handled by a secure third-party payment provider. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or display an order confirmation.

Physical books and art prints

Physical products are sent to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Books and art prints may be packed and shipped separately, even when purchased in the same cart, and may arrive at different times. Delivery and damage-replacement rules are set out on the Shipping & Replacements page.

E-books and named licence

An e-book is delivered through a download link sent to the purchaser. It includes a personal, named, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. The purchaser may keep and read the file on personal devices, but may not share, upload, resell or commercially distribute it, or remove licence information. If a link expires or a technical problem prevents access, contact us.

Problems and consumer rights

If a physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, or an e-book file is defective or inaccessible, contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or restore access. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods or digital content.

Use the Contact link in the footer for questions about an order. We may update these terms for future purchases; the version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order.
