SHIPPING
We ship within 3-4 business days. Shipping is arranged by Regular Traceable Mail and takes around 3-10 days depending on your location.
Artworks are shipped rolled in hard box to exclude damage during shipping. You’ll be notified with tracking number after the shipment will be arranged.

REPLACEMENT AND REFUND
If the artwork arrives damaged, please send us recognizable photos of the damaged item (whole artwork with visible damage and close up ) and we will send a new one for free within 3-4 business days. Also you are eligible for refund.
